About Us

Newly established Malaks Holdings is a Level 3 Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment company solely owned by an

African woman. Its mission is to be the preferred Business Support Strategy, System Solutions Implementer and Supplier to

clients. Malaks Holdings further seeks to deliver excellent service delivery and ensure value for money services to its

diverse customers.

 

With the determination of delivering its business Support offerings to its customers, Malaks has appointed skilled, committed,

competent and well experienced and qualified employees, who have a passion for service excellence and professionalism.

 

Despite Malaks Holdings being a newly established entity, it possesses expert information and knowledge of the Information

Communication Technology sector and market. This is largely due to the more than 20 years of combined experiences of its

employees. Service offerings, Malaks provides and delivers the following services to assist its customers to realize their

business objectives. These are:

Professional Services

Professional Services delivered is inclusive of consulting, in-house training for the clients and printing. We Parnter with

an HP accredited distributor of all HP products. Also in a position to service, maintain and support the following printer

brands Lexmark, Kyocera and Xerox. Purchasing and leasing of the above can also be obtained from us through our

accredited partner.

Facility Management

This division of Malaks is responsible for providing and assisting its clients with the management of services and processes

that supports the core day to day running of the business of any organization, be it private or public. Through consultation

with its clients we ensure that organizations have the most suitable working environment for its employees. Cleaning of office

is also catered under facility management. Cleaning and general maintenance services to offices is done with maximum

professional care, utilizing hygienic cleaning materials with highly trained staff whose objective is to deliver high quality

services at all times.

Director: Teboho Mosley-Lefatola

 

ET Malaks Holdings is soley owned and managed by Teboho Mosley-Lefatola who has more than 18 years experience in

the ICT industry as an Account Manager, Sales Executive and Business Development Manager across all three spheres of

government i.e National, Provincial and Local government. In her career she also did the implementation and support of

government systems.

 

She holds a management qualification from Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) through the University of Pretoria.

Diversity Management and Diversity Training from University of the Witwatersrand Graduate School of Public and

Development Management. She did her Computer Programming Courses with Intelligence Business Network (IBN) and other

Computer Courses with the African Institute of Technology (AIT)

 

She is assisted by dedicated and committed IT specialists to deliver on Excellent Service.
